We would love to hear how we can make you satisfied.
You can return your unused order within 30 days of receiving it or send a picture showing that the product is defective. We will confirm the image, and in most cases, we can resolve the issue with a return. We ensure that you receive your refund within 5 business days after we receive your returned order or after the image has been verified by our customer service team.
Please note: Products purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion cannot be returned.

You have up to 30 days to exchange a product for a different size/color or request a refund after receiving your order.

Prepare your return shipment. Carefully pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, so always request a tracking number from PostNord when returning your package. Once you have sent the package, please contact us at contact@nueva.com and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size/color.
Please note: Our headquarters is located in Sweden, so please be aware that you will need to send your return to Sweden.
