Subject to the terms of this agreement, Nueva hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the website by displaying it in your browser solely for shopping purposes and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as expressly permitted by Nueva in advance.
1.4.1 Any violation of this agreement will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this section without prior notice to you.
1.4.2 Unless expressly permitted in advance by our company, all materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips, written and other materials that are part of this website (collectively, "content") are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the information on the website for commercial purposes or use the website for the benefit of another business. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion, including, but not limited to, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests. You may not reproduce, distribute, rent, transmit, translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this website or any portion of it unless expressly permitted in writing by our company.
1.5 You are solely responsible for all access to and use of this website by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you, whether or not such access and use of this website is actually authorized by you, including but not limited to all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including but not limited to financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. 1.7 You must immediately notify contact@nueva.com of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of the security of this website.
Article 2 - Shipping Policy
2.1 We strive to deliver your order to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.
2.2 Once you have placed your order, you will receive tracking information within 1-3 business days.
2.3 We may notify you if we expect to exceed the estimated delivery date, but we will not be liable to you for any loss, liability, cost, damage, or expense arising from delayed delivery to the extent permitted by law.
2.4 We may not be able to deliver products to certain locations. In such cases, we will inform you and arrange for the cancellation and refund of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address confirmed by you.
2.5 Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address, except when the delivery is delayed due to your failure to comply with your obligations under these terms. In such cases, the risk passes on the day the delivery would have occurred had you complied with your obligations.
2.6 If you are unavailable to accept delivery or collect your order, we may leave a card with instructions for a new delivery or collection from the carrier.
2.7 If the delivery or collection is delayed due to your unreasonable refusal to accept the delivery, or if you do not accept the delivery or collect your order from the carrier, we may charge you for any additional costs reasonably incurred by us for the return of the order to the sender, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.
2.8 Goods are dispatched within 1-3 business days, in exceptional cases 3+ business days after receipt of payment confirmation. The standard delivery time is 5-8 business days, in exceptional cases 8+ business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. The owner does not ship directly. The order is shipped by the manufacturer as soon as the entire order is in stock at the manufacturer.
2.9 Our shipping terms apply only within Sweden. It is possible to place orders from other countries, but our shipping policy does not apply to such orders.
